Damaged propellers are repaired by Performance Propeller, Inc. in our Soddy-Daisy facilities near Chattanooga, TN. Damaged propellers are returned to a new condition with the original factory finish. We offer professional services with over twenty years of experience on all makes and types of propellers. We can repair propellers up to 40 inches in diameter. Rehubbing, pitch changing, cupping, customizing, and lower unit welding are all services provided by our complete repair services. With our hi-tech facilities, we are able to offer an easy one week turn-around on most repairs. With our equipment we will shave down the damage and rebuild the blades by welding the damaged areas as shown to the left.

Once the propeller is welded and tested for cracks, we will then proceed to shape and polish the propeller to a high factory sheen.
